• Speed. So that your case concludes as quickly and smoothly as possible. Your case will start with a prompt appointment and we deal with all correspondence on the day it is received. We also use emails as much as possible so that any delay is minimised which also assists our client if they are living or working abroad.
What we don’t do is…
• Waste time in reaching settlements. We will encourage ‘round table’ meetings from the outset where suitable and make proposals for settlement at the earliest opportunity
• Proceed to the Courts without giving you alternatives to consider
• Engage in unproductive ‘point-scoring’ correspondence
• Lose sight of the costs involved
• Lose sight of the issues in question
