International Law

We are often faced with the scenario where either the client resides overseas or their spouse or partner may have moved overseas. In such situations we take care to ensure that the international laws are used for the benefit of our clients. We use email and internet technology as much as possible in order to deal with clients who reside overseas.

We undertake a considerable amount of research in order to advise clients on the international laws which govern their affairs and also help clients residing abroad about their entitlement to the England and Wales legal system.

Religious Elements

We have special links with religious agencies which enable us to offer specialist advice with a religious element in Shariah Law, Hindu/Indian Law and Jewish Legal procedures.

We have close links to local mosques and temples where many of our clients come from. We are sensitive to clients who have a religious aspect which may affect the validity of their marriage or how they raise their children.
